I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They forgot to give me the sauce for my food in the drive-thru, and when I went inside to inquire about it, they told me I would have to pay extra for the sauce. How could one honey mustard possibly be sufficient for five chicken tenders? The staff's attitude was frustrating, particularly given that it was their error. To make matters worse, my food was cold when I received it. I won't be returning.
Me and my family are currently on a road trip going back home to Texas from Myrtle Beach and decided to stop by Bojangles, since we haven't had it in years. The service at this particular establishment was very quick and efficient, as well as being staffed with kind people. It's always a delight to come back to our roots and enjoy good quality food together as a family, and Bojangles has never disappointed.
I visited for lunch a few days ago, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. The white gravy was cold, the chicken was tough, and the fries were stale and also cold, suggesting they had been left out for a long time. I won't be coming back to this location.
This location is vastly superior to the one on Sparkleberry. The food was fresh and hot when we received it, and our order was accurate! You can't say that about the Sparkleberry location. We will definitely be returning to this one! Reserva una mesa ahora
Worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Got chicken Supremes and they didn't give me a biscuit. The fries were extremely soggy. And the tea barely had sugar in it. Absolute worst experience I've had from a restaurant period.
Store says it opens at 5am, I sat at the drive through at 5:40am for over 5 minutes without being asked for my order before I decided to leave. All of the lights are on inside, they must just not want to work.
Why is it that every time I go in this store they are out of chicken . The servers act as if it's my fault that they are out
