Good chicken, but no wait times to speak of. Updated review: I visited recently, and now you have to place your order at the register, which isn't a huge issue, but it does change the dining experience. Additionally, drinks are now grab-and-go, and while they still don't offer alcoholic beverages, that's fine. However, you no longer get plates; your food comes in takeout containers, and if you choose to dine in, you receive those flimsy white paper plates (you know, the kind that require you to use three or four to hold anything substantial) along with cheap plastic utensils. The person at the register had a very unfriendly attitude and seemed disinterested in being there. He was often on his phone and appeared careless when explaining my order. Overall, the restaurant has had a dim atmosphere since the pandemic; I’m not sure if this is intentional to discourage dining in, but it feels quite dreary inside and the prices are a bit high. The soy garlic wings could use more seasoning on the chicken, although the batter is tasty. Additionally, the ranch dips, which they charge for, aren't even filled to the top of the containers. If you’re going to charge 95 cents for a dip, it should be filled properly.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and while the food is passable, it's not authentic. Today, I chose to eat in, but I won't be doing that again. The server was friendly, but the temperature inside was colder than it was outside. It seems like they use flimsy and cheap paper plates and forks to cut costs, which makes me think they likely don't turn on the heat to save money. From now on, I'll just stick to takeout.

I ordered the tteokbkki and the dish was nothing what iwas described on the menu, it was disgusting....ONLY fish cake, and rice cake with regular onions. NO mozzarella cheese,, barley any sauce I've had this dish at other location, and it was delicious. . Bonchon is too expensive for franchise owners to not deliver the dishes how they are met too. It was decent. Food wasn’t terrible, but everything came out in to go containers. Paper plates and plastic utensils given to you at the table. I guess maybe get it to go…? No point in eating in the restaurant. Service is non existent. But still the food wasn’t amazing.

They served on paper plates, gave food in paper bags and made you be the waiter for ordering your food. And we were the only ones there. Lady literally alt said “take a menus and come up to me when you’re ready to order.

Food is great but definitely overpriced for what it is. Place is a decent enough size and has a few TV's to watch while you eat. Plenty of parking outside also.

Tell them to not over cook chicken. My drumsticks were so tough I had to throw away and I spent 70 dollars on chicken
