Boosa - Reservar una mesa

I visited this cafe with someone from work. I like to be able to order a good hot drink and something filling and so did my friend. The salads were nice looking but fairly try hard and pretentious I thought. My friend had bacon and eggs (hard to get wrong really) I would have like to have something similar but nothing really jumps out as appetizing for a vegan. I want to sit down to the equivalent of my friends….. if like the option of a rosti or scrambled tofu or vegan sausages/vegan bacon. Even a butter alternative would be nice. I don’t want salad for breakfast. So as usual I had avo on toast. East Bentleigh cafes need to lift their game in 2022. Even the coffee was ordinary.

Even though there are lots of cafes closer to us, I am very happy to travel to Boosa. The quality of coffee, food and service make it worth the effort. The owner always remembers his customers and their specific choices and likes/preferences. He welcomes customer like friends and obviously trains the staff in customer service. The food is always fresh and there’s obvious attention to detail. It’s not your routine mashed avocado choices with lots of middle eastern spices and ingredients. I love going there.

Whilst visiting the area, Boosa was recommended to me. With the huge variety of choices along the main road, I was very glad to have chosen this one. Vaccination proof was required, which was comforting. Seating was separate and peaceful. The almond croissant, made on the premises was to die for! My latte was perfect. I returned and had one of their eye catching and very yummy white chocolate and raspberry muffins. I noticed on the menu that they have Shakshooka, so I MUST go back and try that before I go.

We had a lunch in this cafe . Service was very good. We took an eggplant dish and pancake for us and schnitzel portion for child. All food was very tasty, even grandson, who is not the best eater, eat his meal.

Very bad coffee good service but coffee like you drink hot water and and not fare price at all I prefer to change the coffee or the machine workers
