Boston Pizza - Reserva de mesa

We went into the quiet fergus Boston pizza for our Friday night dinner, after an exhausting week. We were greeted by the manager and was shortly seated. After watching 15 mins of the two waitress eat while talking to the manager we were finally approached by our waitress. We ordered our drinks, and watched our waitress put the order in ,continue eating and talking to her coworker. About 10 mins of waiting in this DEAD Boston pizza, the waitress starts to make our drinks. We were finally served our app, the new beef one. Restaurant was NOT BUSY. APRROX. 5 TABLES. ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT AT 1:40 PM AN RECEIVED THE FOOD AT 2:30PM. WE WERE REALLY HUNGRY TOO. WAITRESS IS AWFUL. Took awhile to bring drinks. My pizza arrived but I asked for peppers flakes...waitress didn't even check on me for 30 mins after to make sure our food was good. I return my pizza. Still hungry. I wasn't going to wait another 1.5hr for a remake. TOTALY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR REVISIT THIS LOCATION. JUST AWFUL.

Arrived and greeted by nice staff, but server took a while to come but it was not her fault. My husband's meal was terrible, it was compted. The manager is useless, very unprofessional looking .A group of 10 people came in, they tried to get a table but the front person said that wasn't possible. This young man, was super nice and explained but had zero back up from his management. I personally felt so bad for him.This joint needs major improvements.

The food quality was lackluster and uninspiring. Throughout our meal, flies were a constant annoyance, hovering around our plates. Surprisingly, our food took a significant amount of time to arrive, despite the restaurant being empty. The only positive aspects were the well-maintained restrooms and the friendly server, who struck a good balance of attentiveness. It was amusing to see a child working there, though. The food was mediocre, nothing extraordinary. It tasted fine, so no major issues there. However, we were the only customers there for quite some time, and our waitress seemed more interested in chatting and socializing with other staff members than in checking on our table. We had to wait as if the restaurant was packed.

Waitress was kind but service was slow, just not only to our table but to the others (4 others her clothing was very inappropriate as her dress hardly covered her behind and would not of to clean off tables. Her dress was shorter than finger tip lenghth.Good way of getting more tips off the guys or harassed

Went for dinner with my wife and two young kinds for a break. Sticky table, Got napkins after asking after our appetizer. One drink cup was dirty inside with what looked like dried chocolate milk, asked for new one second one was dirty as-well. Inattentive service.

We were seated at a table, waited for approximately 20 minutes without any service, not even a "I'll be right with you". The waitress completely ignored us as she walked by us multiple times. We decided to leave. Reserva una mesa ahora

Haven't been here in a long time cause I never really liked Boston pizza, but the service and food was great. The menu has changed since I last went there.
