Boston Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I've had good food at Boston Pizza many times but not this time. We decided to go out to supper before a movie and arrived at around 5:15 on a Friday evening. The place had people in it but it was nowhere near what I'd call busy.It took about 45 minutes to get food and at that point, one meal was fresh with the other two barely above room temperature. I make a point of being realistic in reviewing items so I don't want to use the term shoe leather in describing the steak slices in the big dipper but it was very, very hard to chew through. The layer of coagulated muck we pulled off the gravy from the wing plate was revoltingly comparable to a plumb.The table beside us sent back two dishes and...

The service we received was very poor. Despite the bar area not being busy, we had to stand at the till for 15 minutes to pay before anyone acknowledged us. Even though a waitress saw us, she said she would be with us shortly as she was busy making desserts. It would have been better if she had helped us instead. Furthermore, the pizza I ordered was not up to the standard I have had in the past, so I only ate two slices. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. While no one was rude, it took far too long for anyone to check if we were finished and ready for the bill.

Server was fantastic...food was inedible. Cold ravioli ...spaghetti noodles overcooked to mush and cold meatballs. This is the 2nd time...same dishes...equally disgusting. There will be no 3 strikes and you 're out , with this establishment...twice was more than enough. The food used to be quite decent here...guess all good things come to an end though, right ?

I want to give a big shout out to Brittany M (as shown on the receipt). Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, she was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly and went out of her way to make my son's birthday extra special. The food was also fantastic and we had an amazing time! Thank you so much for everything!

Food was so nasty! Tasted like straight up Pizza Hut and so overpriced..$25 for Alfredo pasta that had no flavor with soggy garlic toast. Husband hated his pizza as well, but we’re New Yorkers so maybe expected that too much with that. But even the French fries were gross. Will never come

The vegetable pizza was very tasty. They have different toppings. There dessert options were really good too. The server was very generous. She offered cookies and crackers for the baby. Fully recommended. Would love to visit again.Vegetarian options: Veg pizza was really good

Can't recommend any dishes, first time at Boston Pizza. My wife had Salmon with rice, wasn't impressed and I had pizza which was not the best!
