Boston Pizza Lethbridge

We had a family dinner out for a friends birthday. Our daughter (3) has a severe egg allergy so it’s always a little stressful going out for supper. We informed the waitress and she was fantastic in double checking ingredients and informing the kitchen. They did advise of a possible cross contamination in the recipe and suggested an alternative (we got her the kids pizza gluten free) and had no issues! It was a great time with no stress of her allergy. Having the servers and kitchen staff care and take allergies so seriously is so important to us as a family and really impacts if we will visit again. Had dinner here tonight and wanted to give a shout-out to our waitress Sydney. One of the best waitresses I've had anywhere. Was friendly and great at her job but also went above and beyond. At one point she walked past our table as my baby's soother fell on the floor. She not only picked it up for me but she immediately asked if we would like some hot water to soak it in.

My family and I visited this restaurant, and we were very impressed by the polite staff who quickly took our orders. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. It was my kids' birthday, and they had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My 5* goes out to our server in the lounge. She 110% on top of things. Myself and company had a very pleasant experience. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience unlike previous visits so CHEERS to that!
