I have been a loyal customer of Boustan since my days at the Crescent location, spanning over 15 years. When I moved to Vaudreuil a few years ago, I was thrilled to find a Boustan nearby. However, my experience changed drastically with the new owners and management. The prices have risen significantly, and the quality has declined. Just yesterday, I ordered a chicken and a beef pita, but when I got home, I found both pitas were filled with coleslaw and had hardly any meat. During my last visit, they wouldn’t serve the sauce on my plate. I ordered an extra plate of chicken, and when both plates arrived with the same amount of meat, they actually took some from one plate to add to the other. When I expressed my disappointment, they refused to give me a refund. I decided to give them one last chance tonight and ordered through Uber. Unfortunately, the chicken was burnt and dry, and the potatoes were stale. It was absolutely disgusting. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs—it's a blemish on the Boustan name. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. There are many better shawarma spots out there.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had. What a rude customer service. Totally they are spoiling the reputation of a Boustan.Person working there dont prepare the food how normally Boustan would make. They make it the worst way possible and when i told them i dont like the way its done since its not done the way it is supposed to be. The person just threw away the food on the garbage and asked me to leave. Wonderful how they are losing customers

Beware: the pitas will crumple at the slightest provocation and spill their contents. Order the bowls instead. Definitely do not attempt to drive while eating a pita.That issue aside, the food is quickly prepared and quite good.Boustan is the basically the only restaurant in Vaudreuil that is open at midnight. Old management was excellent and food was consistent in quality every order. We ordered often.Last order was completely different and we received two bowls which were nearly entirely rice. I looked online and see others commenting on management having changed.With two creations our total was $85. The cost of the bowls would have been $1-$2.

An easy 5 star. I was impressed by the high quality of the food and service here. The shawarma chicken was fresh and flavourful and the potatoes were my favourite! The service was welcoming and the setting was very clean. One of the best Boustan’s I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time and we are definitely coming back!The employe was super patient with me and he explained what was what. The food was sooooo good. Rich in taste and my husband went crazy on the garlic potatoes.Bonus we got to watch the gold cup ?. I highly highly recommend!!!!

Love the look of their new menus, way easier to order and clear options.Quality is consistent, however this location is a little sloppy with cross contaminating their meats, they don’t use separate tongs/tools so heads up. Reserva una mesa ahora

Typically, this restaurant is outstanding, but tonight was disappointing. The chicken was tough and served cold, and the beef was also cold and hard. Everything appeared overcooked.

Over the past year the food isnt as good as it use to be, the portions are much smaller and its more expensive.
