I am brighton&Hove taxi driver.i had to drive of without paying for the fuel petrol. Reason I drove off without paying, I had ILL person on that was taking to hewardsheath hospital. And luck of coustomer service, was only one person working 3 people wating to be served, I went back to pay us I returned from hospital, the Manager said don't bother I've reported you drive off, you must wait for letter. I was not happy, but manager had to do he's job, Reason why I am giving one star is, I did explain to manager why I drove off, He actually said I don't care, it is your problem, I should of paid. Pb should not employ people like hem unprofessional who don't care about other human, I fill up 2 ti...

Very poor experience. The toilets have been closed for at least a month with no clear explanation or sign of reopening, which is extremely inconvenient for customers. On top of that, the petrol station is frequently closed in the mornings due to fuel deliveries, sometimes for several hours. It feels like this happens nearly every day, making it unreliable if you need fuel on your way to work. Overall, the lack of available facilities and constant closures make this petrol station very frustrating to use. I hope management improves the situation soon.
