After a fair bit of confusion regarding our booking (virgin experience voucher) and some confusion with the parking (as situated within a hotel close by the airport) we were seated and given a glass of Prosecco each as way of an apology. We were then given menus of which we could order from within the voucher or order outside of if we pay extra. The inclusive menu is incredible enough not to choose outside, however if wanting more alcohol I would pay the extra. The crab and sweetcorn Bon bon starters were delicious, the pork main cut like silk (the crackling is inedible so please avoid) and the pistachio soufflé ....... WOW! Go.
We celebrated my wife's birthday with lunch at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. We received excellent service from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, hot, and served promptly. The restaurant and kitchen staff even signed a menu for my wife to commemorate the special day, and we were pleasantly surprised to see Roberto Flamino (formerly of Liverpool FC) dining there as well. Great job to everyone involved!
Wow! After giving a not so great review last time, I decided to give Brasserie Blanc another try with my husband and friends, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, even my picky husband was impressed. The service was excellent, with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning. Make sure to book ahead, as it seems like Brasserie Blanc is becoming the go-to spot in Hale.
The menu looks impressive but the delivery was disappointing. We started with terrine of confirmation chicken and ham. It should have been awesome but it was just OK. For main course we had pork rib eye and lamb roulade. The lamb was totally flavourless and the pork was average. Dessert was apple crumble and creme brulée. Again they were OK but they lacked flair.

What can I say?.....absolutely delicious food. Great atmosphere with beautiful decor. John the security guy is such a gentleman. Very helpful, professional and friendly. Charlie the barman was a delight too. Great service and friendly..Nothing was too much trouble and can't wait to visit again. Would 100% recommend.
The food was very good, as was the quantity. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the service was also good. What completely spoilt the evening was the horrendous noise coming from children and adults in the bar area ! We didn't stay for a coffee ! Also it's certainly not necessary to dress up any !
A wonderful meal. Everything cooked to perfection service with a smile. Menu choices varied we felt good value for the quality we received. We felt breakfast in the morning was a bit steep for self service but again food well cooked.
The food at this restaurant was outstanding and presented beautifully. The ambiance was great, and the staff was lovely, even going above and beyond to assist my partner, who has a disability, to their table.
