When we asked to exchange a dirty cooking plate that was slow to heat, the server insisted that the sauce from our other dish would cause the same issue, so we should wait to swap it out. Unfortunately, the food took much longer to cook than it should have, and I was left waiting for the plate to be swapped in order to cook my shrimp. After quite a wait, the server finally replaced the plate but then announced that last call was in 10 minutes before walking away. We waited for the server to return to place additional orders, but they never came back. This was the second time trying Breakers—-I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, being not great but damn. It really does just suck. The meats are all mid to low quality, flavorless, and they don’t offer any of the sauces or items a place like Iron Age has. No salad, no spicy rice cakes, no soy paste, small banchan…The brisket was AWFUL and made me and my friend sick all night. We had reservations, still had to wait, took forever to get things, the bar was dirty and covered in employees personal items, while we waited. And somehow this place is MORE expensive than Iron Age. Definitely pass on this chain and go to one of the many other KBBQ places.

It was our first time trying Korean BBQ, and we were really excited about it! The food was fantastic, and the experience itself was really fun. However, our server seemed to have a pretty uninterested attitude, almost like he didn’t want to be there and was only doing the bare minimum. This definitely impacted our experience and was hard to overlook. I hope he’s doing okay. Despite that, I would still recommend the restaurant to anyone!

Ordered two main entrees and it was more than plenty of food for 2 people. We had rice, soup, banchan (had one of them refilled), and we left very full. I'd say it's a great value compared to the AYCE (I feel like you're pressured to eat way more since you want to get your bang for your buck). Xavier was our server and did a great job! My friend and I went during the evening, I was able to make same day reservations. We had never been there before and were excited. We ordered the all you can eat. It was nicely priced at $40. I loved everything that was placed on my plate. I will be there again. It's very kid friendly, I'll be bringing my family next time. The staff was friendly as well.

This is the second time I’ve been here. Both times I’ve found the servers to be cold and unfriendly. They also don’t explain anything and seemingly try to avoid the table…maybe because it’s all you can eat, but they serve less food if they don’t come to your table often. Food was pretty good. Service was pretty terrible.

The restaurant was quite busy, and the waiter struggled to manage all the tables. You're limited to a two-hour dining time, so you really have to keep reminding them if you need service. The food was decent, but there weren’t as many options compared to other Korean BBQ places.

Excellent food and service. The beef was tender and the spicy chicken was amazing.
