Brewers Fayre Chafford Hundred

it was disgusting the food came out an hour and a half later it was stone cold i could not eat it and the frazzled dirty chicken and ur stupid dirty manager started swearing at his customers swearing at me and i’m 14 and he got so rude to me he is a disgusting man he should not be working there at all i will not have him shouting at me getting so rude to me he needs to give himself a rest idiot mate

Go every week for dinner and a drink, staff are lovely and very friendly and never have any issues. Went last night and was told there was a long wait due to big groups but staff let me know as soon as I came in. Sadly I did witness a group of 10+ people yell at the poor manager but he still managed to remain calm and sort it out.

Slow service. Expensive. Staff haven't a clue. Trying to hard on decor. Lack of seating, especially when my nan isn't able to sit on those awfully uncomfortable stools! Not like it used to be years ago! #sortitout

Some parts of breakfast were burnt some were undercooked evening meal was shocking had to send back as the steak was all fat and griddle) got full refund and complimentary dessert)

I Had a great night at Chafford hundred brewers fayre. They have Lovely welcoming staff. Very friendly.
