We eventually had to remind the staff to take our food order, but after that, we weren’t checked on at all. The bar was quite busy, and there was only one bartender handling both the bar and the tables, which clearly overwhelmed him. The manager stopped by but didn't lend a hand or help with clearing tables at the bar.
After waiting half an hour, we had to inquire about our appetizer, only to find out that it had likely been served to customers who arrived after us. We were a group of 17 people including 9 children, we made the reservation 5 hours before and with 1 hour to go they called us to confirm if we were all going to have dinner, something that few businesses do not pay attention to. to the customer, all the meals were on point, especially those for children, they have a great variety from pasta to pizza, the cocktails were perfect, I recommend the margaritas, I will leave you the photos with the names since there are many food services. All I can say is, wow! I've dined here countless times, and the food has always been delicious, the service outstanding, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The other night, I came in with a family member to try the steak tips and fingerling potatoes, and it was absolutely heavenly. As always, my experience was remarkable. Our waiter was full of jokes, and both he and the general manager went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies, for which I am truly grateful. The staff and GM have consistently ensured that my meals are both safe and delicious. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely horrible experience! The customer service was non existent. We sat at the bar yet we were never asked how our food was nor if we needed anything else by neither Diego, the only bartender on nor the manger John, who occasionally made an appearance. After having to ask about our food, seeing as others who’d arrived after us received their food, our calamari sauces were cold salads were lacking flavor. The restaurant seemed to be well staffed yet overwhelmed poorly managed. We we’re looking forward to a nice lunch but after this visit, we will not be returning. Very disappointed!!
Great place for dinner and lunch . This place gives off an elegant and relaxing feel . Food is always great , hot and always very good . The staff always makes us feel welcome, and the owner is friendly, working alongside them. The food is genuinely authentic! I especially love their tiramisu—it's hard to find a place that prepares it the traditional Italian way, but they’ve perfected it. Their pasta is cooked to perfection. You definitely get your money's worth here!
The 2 for 40 is a great deal if you like the food options. We couldn't find any we liked so ordered off the regular menu. My chicken was tasty but over cooked. Won't be running back. Pasta was excellent. Nice server.
