Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

Before trying a new restaurant, we always check out reviews, but we know they can sometimes be misleading. Upon reading the reviews for Brixx, we noticed that the negative ones were from years ago. We decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was some of the best in town and surprisingly healthy. We tried the BBQ Pizza with whole wheat crust and the Garlic Rosemary wings, which were baked to perfection. Our server, Emily, was fantastic and the restaurant was careful about social distancing. My partner even surprised me with some delicious Chile and Garlic wings, which were even better than the first ones we tried.

Normally a great place but unfortunately it was a mess yesterday evening. The waitress was not pleasant. She clearly isn’t happy with her job. Anyway, it took a long time to get our food…about 20 minutes into the wait, we asked her to bring out the salads if she could and they didn’t come out. We got up to leave and the manager came over to figure out what happened. In the end, the we had to take the order to go since we had a movie to see. Looked inside the bag when I got to the car…no utensils. Had to go back and then there was no one at the hostess desk. Totally missed the bar on the customer and I won’t be back for a while.

This is a regular spot for us to take in, and the proprietor (or his wife) are always on staff. They, like any restaurant today, suffer staff shortages which makes their jobs even harder. For those who don’t understand that, I would suggest you lower expectations of great service because it’s not their fault that they are short handed. We often eat lunch there they have a lunch special of a small pizza of your choice and one of their salads. Very reasonable and they often have local beers on special. We have eaten there at least a dozen times, and will go back when pizza is on our mind to eat.

This was my first time at Brixx and I absolutely loved it! The prices were a bit high, but the food was fantastic. Our server, Iris, was excellent and really made our dining experience special. My family and I will definitely be returning. My mother and I ordered the shrimp carbonara, my father had the buffalo chicken pizza, and we also enjoyed the Brixx bars and spinach artichoke dip with homemade bread chips. It was all delicious!

Beautiful and unique aromas of brick fired pizzas. Alejandro was also a great server, very attentive, and great recommendations. We had the 4x4, Buffalo chicken, sausages seasoned honey and sweet Thai chicken under the table. All were excellent and had amazing taste. We haven't gone for a special one since week, but they have a variety of Craft Beer options.

Great all around experience. Friendly staff and very professional and patient. I learned you can't judge a Pizza by its looks. I was very disappointed when I opened the box. But the ingredients that are used makes the Pizza so delicious. I have and will return here. I recommend @brixxwoodfiredpizza 4 1/2 stars

there are five or six sweets, such as roasted veg, one with many mushrooms, a margherita and others. can be ordered without cheese or with vegan cheese as option. several salates. a hummus appetizer. great atmosphere, alcohol available occasionally live music

The atmosphere was great. We chose to sit on the outdoor patio since the weather was nice. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous, perfect for those with a healthy appetite.

Such a delicious place. The people that work here are amazing and provide such a great experience. Amazing environment and food!! Definitely recommend without a doubt.

Iraelva is the best waitress ever! Every time we get in, she has a smile on her face (behind the mask). Excellent Shrimp Carbonara!!!!
