Every time we order the takeover from here, the food is never ready until at least 30 minutes after the specified time, even if they are not busy. We placed our order online at 4:45 a.m., was told to be ready for him at the latest at 5:20pm and I did not go out the door with my pizza until 5:50pm after waiting within 15 minutes for them to finish it, although I intentionally arrived at 5:30 a.m., think it would be ready at 5:20pm. The hosts/hoss staff are unprofessional and hangout and drink and eat at the bar if they have nothing else to do until someone calls or walks in the door, as I experienced this evening and was surprised that they can do this before the customers.
We had a great happy hour today! We had some delicious food and had an amazing server. Tina was really attentive to our needs. Checked in with us frequently. Made some great mixed drinks. And overall was an amazing server. She was friendly and made our experience great. Would definitely go back and ask for Tina by name ?
Read the entire review! Honestly, there is nothing that really stands out about this Broadway pizza place. The atmosphere. I was not raised in twin cities and had a hard time (12 years) to adapt. So many people, everywhere. This location can be packed, but it still has a small city feeling. 10/10 would recommend!
Exceptional service from both the Server Ana and the speed of food preparation. I had a perfect pizza where I chose 5 toppings. it was FANTASTIC! Had Poutine for the first time and was very impressed. Ana was friendly, friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely be back here!
