Brooklyn's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Upon entering, the atmosphere felt a bit upscale, suggesting it wouldn't be the cheapest meal. After a wait of around 15 minutes, we were seated. The restaurant was quite busy, leaving little room for both patrons and the staff to navigate comfortably. To start, we ordered an antipasto plate, which was decent—not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst either. Of course, we chose pizza for our main course and went with a pepperoni pie. It arrived in a reasonable time and looked absolutely mouthwatering—and it tasted just as good! The pizza was incredibly fresh, with thick slices of pepperoni that were unlike the thin, flat pieces served at most places. The cheese was fresh mozzarell...

Was in the area and stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon for a take-out large cheese pie. Was told there'd be a 30 minute wait for the $20 pie which was fine. We paid, then ran and errand and came back and waited a few minutes more for our pizza. We finally got our pizza in a take-out pizza paper bag?! no box?! That's something new. We got home and threw the pizza in the oven for a bit...it didn't keep hot/warm despite out short 10-minute ride home. The pper pizza bag maybe?! The heated pizza was very good...very authentic and tasted fresh. Though, there wasn't much flavor in the sauce nor cheese. Good pizza, but pricey!. Haven't been here in a few years, but I used to go all the time when I worked in Hasbrouck Heights. The pizza was always top notch and the fresh mozzarella was outstanding. It does not taste like your traditional pizza, which is probably why it is so good. Salads were pretty solid too.

The appetizers may be somewhat expensive, but the food was delicious, and my girlfriend insists they have the BEST cannolis. The staff was very friendly, and since it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere was quite relaxing. I would likely take my girlfriend back just for the cannoli! Reserva una mesa ahora

Good Pizza. Very good...Not cheap. Eat it in..Loses something in the transition when you take it out.<br/ <br/ Caution...Not your traditional pizza. This is made with fresh mozzerella and fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil. Simply made ...delicious.

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! I was in town for business and ended up visiting this place three times! I highly recommend it! The service is incredibly fast, and the pizza is truly outstanding! I will definitely return!

The food is great when it's prepared correctly. I ordered a large plain pizza, and the girl on the phone told me it would take 25-30 minutes. However, I arrived just 15 minutes later.
