Bruster's Ice Cream

I ordered a pie for my sister's birthday and ended up being charged $57 instead of the expected $30. I placed the order over the phone the day before and didn’t receive a receipt, which led to this issue. When I returned to get my money back, there was some resistance and excuses from their side until I mentioned involving the police. Suddenly, their attitude changed. I want to emphasize the importance of always getting a receipt. Some people are struggling financially and might take advantage if given the chance. Stay vigilant out there!

Even with a long wait the customer service was great. Thanks to the friendly staff! I got a waffle bowl with cookies and cream ice cream and the Dino sugar cookie, the cookies were yummy; however the vanilla flavor seemed a little bit different.

Excellent experience! However, I would suggest that they total your order and process the payment before handing over the ice cream. It can be quite tricky to manage payment while also holding onto the ice cream. Just a thought!

Love coming here the smell of the fresh waffle cones being made as you pull in the parking lot!! I’m lactose so I stick to the sorbet and the Italian ice!! Found out on this trip they even have ice creams made with oat milk. Reserva una mesa ahora

Almost $9 for a flavorless mint chocolate chip milkshake with a tiny straw. You'd almost get lightheaded trying to get anything through the straw. Not to mention I definitely got cheated.
