We've eaten at Buca's many times but this was the first time I've tried the Brussels sprouts. It won't be my last. They were cooked to perfection nice and crunchy. The prosciutto added just the right flavor to the already very tasty vegetable dish. I had the antipasti salad and my husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of sausages. He asked that the sausages be cut up on top but they were not. They brought him a knife, but it was a bit of a messy process. Everything was very good, as usual. My wife and I came here for our Valentine's dinner since it's one of our favorite spots. This Roseville location never fails. The parking lot is abundant so you won't have issues trying to find parking. Their food is top tier and the service is always spectacular. Our server Cayllyn was extremely friendly. Her service went above and beyond to really help make Valentine's Day feel special. Luckily, we came early so there wasn't a wait to be seated and our food came out very fast. We will be back. Bottom Line/TLDR: great service and tasty food!
Went Christmas Day. Appreciated that they were the only ones open in the area but they had some deficiencies. They did not offer pizza, and were out of Gorgonzola cheese which is in 2 salads and some other dishes. They were prompt in seating us for our reservation time. Did allow a corkage fee $15) The timing on the service was quick.

On Christmas Day, Buca was unfortunately out of meatballs and bread, but our waiter provided us with exceptional service. We opted to substitute the meatballs with sausage and found the food to be delicious. We appreciate Buca being open on a holiday!
Great food. Friendly service. Lots of fun pictures to look at! Our favorite dish here is the eggplant parmigiana. Always flavorful and crispy
Birthday complete with singing servers. Enjoyed dinner with a party of 10 that took 10 minutes to get us seated with a reservation.
We had a great meal and actually took home leftovers!!! Good and friendly service and great food!
