We called ahead and were told there was no wait. That was surprising since it was about 6pm on the first day of March Madness. When we got there, we were told it was going to be at least a 45 minute wait, even though the dining room was at about 10% of capacity. Literally nearly every table in the main room was empty, but they said their party room was full. They blamed the wait on being short staffed.I know times are tough with staffing, but I can 't imagine the level of mismanagement it takes to not have proper staffing in a sports oriented restaurant on the first night of March Madness. What was really annoying is they kept sending out huge to-go orders, but wouldn 't let us sit or place...
I ordered food online. online said they were open and the website accepted my order. when I was there to pick up my order, they had closed the kitchen and said they had to cancel my order. I asked twice about the manager. I didn't see a manager. the next day I went there to make sure they canceled the order, finally after 20 minutes waiting with a manager talked. she said it could take 10-14 days to get my refund! what? no excuse, hardly an apologies, I made 2 trips, no eating, and I am $25 irresponsible. there are other places to get wings
not even remained. not busy enough. too dark. bad service. not busy, maybe 6 tables. server didn't even want to recognize us. the music was terrible, slow, depressing. idk over most people, but I prefer a little excitement when I want to drink a beer. oh and I didn't even get a beer because even if the server went past us several times, she didn't even ask us what we want to drink. the personal was hardly to say. the longer we sat there, the more I thought, how long it would take to get food, would it even be warm?
I decided to visit this restaurant because the traffic to the beach was 40 minutes. From the outside, the place looked abandoned, but the interior was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I made a good decision by choosing to dine here instead of going to the beach. I would definitely return. It seems like not many people know about this hidden gem, as it was nearly empty. They also had great drinks available.

We had a great meal tonight with no complaints. We ordered onion rings and the 15-piece wing special with three different sauces. Our server, Cooliegh I think, recommended the orange chicken sauce and it was an excellent choice. The food arrived quickly, hot, and cooked perfectly. Our beverages were constantly refilled without us having to ask. Thank you for a wonderful night out.
Nice place, nor crowded at all. $3 big beers are a nice draw. Mango Habenero, my favorite. Great service, but count your wings, ordered 30, got 19 the first time. Ordered 11 more, got 10 more. He had to bring out one extra wing.
Nothing special. Short staffed, ok. But we had to ask for everything we needed for the table. Wings were small like you'd get at a grocery counter kudos for giving a couple extra to make up for the size). I won't rush back.
The restaurant wasn't busy there was a ton of open tables they put me in the bar area at a high top. I sat there a while and watched several staff members pass my table. I decided to leave and go elsewhere.

The wings were served very quickly and while the sauce was a bit subtle, they were still enjoyable. The server was friendly and accommodating.
