Overall, the staff was caring, the manager was beyond a blessing to the poor service we got from our server. I had my 4 year old daughter with and just wanted to be able to get her some food but was told it might be a minute before the server would make it to us. We sat without even water while other tables were seated after us and got greeted, drinks and there food before us. We are not needy, my sister serves and got everyone's drink order and food order lined up so when we were talked to everything can be effectively sent in to help him save some time. But when the server FINALLY made it to us, we asked to get out order of food in first and he rolled his eyes then ignored to greet himself...
My husband, son, and I went for lunch and waited probably 5 minutes to be seated which was fine, but the host moved at the speed of a snail. Got seated and waited 15 minutes for anyone to stop by and by then we were putting our coats on to leave and go somewhere else which we told the server. He said “oh okay” and started to walk away so we said well we’ve been waiting at least 15 minutes and he said “sorry I was fixing a ticket.” He had gone to the table directly behind us at least twice while we sat and waited for service. We will not be going to that Buffalo Wild Wings again.
Logan is absolutely fantastic. We had a bad experience with a server here in the past, but Logan has completely changed our views on this place. We now love coming here and always look forward to his excellent service. He is genuine, always ensuring our drinks are topped up and our sauces are delivered promptly. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. Logan truly deserves a raise and any company would be lucky to have him on their team. Dinner at this restaurant is a must, especially when we receive such exceptional service.
I've never been to this location until last night. They were pretty busy, but we went at prime dinner time at 6pm, so that was expected. The wait was about 20 minutes for a table. This location is pretty small. We sat at the bar and had great service. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Food was good. My only complaint is my Asian Zing wings could've had more sauce on them, but that's a personal preference. Parmesan garlic wings were on point sauce wise. I liked this location and would come back. There are few servers as exceptional as Logan, making him a standout in any establishment. He is not only talented at his job, but also has a great sense of humor and sincerity that is hard to come by. He definitely deserves a raise for his exceptional service. My girlfriend and I frequent this restaurant and always look forward to seeing him. He brightens our dining experience with his presence and we are grateful to have him as our server.
Really wish service was good here. If you are looking for a simple and accurate order, this isn’t the place. Missing fries, ranch, veggies and none of the sauces i ordered. My fault for not checking before I got home, as this has happened multiple times before. How hard is it to follow simple directions in todays world? No sense of pride, or workmanship. Service industry is going down hill and fast!
The food was ok. Best thing about B Dubs is the cheese curds! They are very good. The sweet sauce ones we got were decent and a better size than the naked wings. The naked wings were mostly bread and very small. The potato wedges were dry and also small. Not really with the money.
