My experience was nice until my food came out and the server forgot to tell the cook no sour cream or cilantro said he would bring me another took about 15 mins to bring me chips and cheese no chicken or any of the other ingredients I let him know there wasn’t any chicken he came back with another with loads of chicken dumped all over, cook must’ve had an attitude but if my server would have remembered no sour cream none of this would have been a problem. The cooks problem should have been with the server not me. I will never go back to this place again terrible management he completely ignored me when I tried to get his attention and didn’t care to help the situation at all didn’t even get...
Aside from the bartender, this restaurant is terrible. I sympathize with understaffing, but this really comes down to poor management. Every aspect of the restaurant is understaffed. We waited 30 minutes for cold nachos, then another hour for boneless wings, and the rest of our order never arrived. While I appreciate the tapas style, this restaurant is not equipped for it. The owner's response to my complaint was automated and lacked real action. I have clearly explained the issue, so it's frustrating that they don't take responsibility and expect the customers to do more before addressing the problem. Corporate doesn't even bother responding to these reviews.
Legitimately, this Buffalo wild wings, I don't know what they're doing, but they're doing it right. I've been to a lot of BDubs all over the country but holy cow. The chicken here and how they cook it is A great example of how to do it. The chicken, I got boneless by the way, but the chicken was very moist and just, perfect. I don't know how to describe it other than perfect.
Not sure what's been happening as of recently (this place used to be a great location), but twice in a row we've arrived and a employee said there's a 15-20 minute wait to be seated when there was plenty of booths and tables available. Today we called ahead to see if we could book ahead of time and they said there was no wait, only to be given the 15 minute wait time again.

Good Food but poor service. Bartender was lazy. Prices have gone up, yet they still ask at the end, Do you need any change back? when you go to pay the bill. The guy behind the bar was upset when we wouldn 't drink Pepsi versus Coke, which was what was ordered. Personally, I wouldn 't go back there. There are other BWW 's that don 't act that way towards customers.
We called ahead to accommodate a soccer team and their families. They were fantastic! It was a very large group and they said they only had two servers for the restaurant. They worked together so well. Food was great and fresh and was served with a smile! Thank you!
Stopped in for their burger and wing special. It was worth it. Had the brisket burger, and it was so good. The amount of food you got was a good value. Our server was very good. She took good care of us. As for the store, it might be time to update and remodel.
Literally never had a take-out order that wasn't messed up. Things are always wrong and/or missing resulting in having to drive back to the restaurant. Guess that's what you get when the place is run by teenagers.

This restaurant used to be better. It seems like they are trying to save money by taking shortcuts. For example, the bathrooms are dirty and not well-maintained. The faucet in the men's bathroom is broken!
Always a great place to go. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review was due to the fact they took off fried potato chips off the menu. Not chips like lays but the thicker version they had.
