Sad how far down this one has gone in the years. Bunch of employees that don?t care about there jobs. My daughter used to work at this location and it was never this bad. The server was far too high to be working, couldn?t get a single order right afterseveral times of trying. Where to start. First, it was dead. Second, we got set under the tvs in a corner in a dead bar. Couldn?t watch the tvs that we came there for. Third, staff was not approachable/ no manager in sight. Fourth, watched several fingers go on the rims ofglasses. Fifth, place was disgusting. Paper in the floor cleaning chemicals and towels on tables not being cleaned. Been coming to this location for 8yrs. I've watched it slowly go down hill. Part of me understands it. They've struggled to get/keep employees. However, the Quality Control is getting bad now and that's a repairable operation. Here's a pic of our frieswe ordered. They were the size of a medium frie from McDonald's. The Pepsi I ordered was pure sugar, because it had nocarbonation. Not a big problem, but I don't think the fix was to just add seltzer water from the bar. It made it worse.Never-the-less, it's slowly going down hill and I hope they can recover from these types of issues.

I sat alone and waited at the bar. I watched other couples be seated and get their order taken, all before I was even greeted. My food came out cold. I asked if it was all right if I check out and get my bill and then waited 15mins to receive it. There-model was okay but unnecessary. I would rather have seen a full staff or someone concerned with all customers experience.Maybe if I had come in a group my experience would have been better? Do not recommend.
