We celebrated a birthday over lunch with friends at this restaurant, which offers both lunch specials and a regular menu. Everyone decided to try the eggplant parmesan from the lunch menu, accompanied by side salads. The portion sizes were impressively generous for lunch, providing us with plenty to take home for another meal. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu and limoncello cake, both of which were massive—enough for three of us to enjoy together! There were plenty of dessert options available, catering to all tastes. Our server, Caylee, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through our choices. She was attentive and even surprised our friend with a candle on the tiramisu for their birthda...
Located in Dolphin Village, we decided to have dinner before embarking on a nearby sunset cruise. With both indoor and covered outdoor seating available, we opted for the outdoor area. The food is freshly prepared, and the meatballs here are exceptional. Our server, Susie, was cheerful, attentive, and understanding when the rain started pouring and we were informed that our cruise had been canceled. Despite the weather change, our meal remained uninterrupted as our table was well-protected. Without the pressure of time, we savored what might just be the best tiramisu in Pinellas County. Thank you, Susie, for making this such a delightful experience!
Buona Ristorante is hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had. From the appetizers to the main course, I was nothing but impressed. I personally tried the bruschetta, and Calzone and my friend had the chicken parmigiana (which I definitely stole some of) . It’s safe to say I’ve never visited Italy, but this is as close as I’ll ever get! The staff were really welcoming and made my experience even better! Their patio is gorgeous, and creates a beautiful dining experience. Oh and not to mention, the portions are HUGE—today’s dinner and tomorrow’s lunch! Buona Ristorante is a St. Petersburg MUST HAVE!!
We were greeted by a welcoming young gentleman who immediately showed us on our table after we 2 removed the place on a table for 4 people. Our waitress was very friendly and informative about the menu. My wife had the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer followed by the Stromboli for her entree, I had the Calamari and the Lobster Ravioli for my head we shared a house salad The whole food was of great value and quality and the delicious. Thank you for an excellent dinner! We had our three year old son with us. Each course arrived like rapidly, with incredible flavor, and great presentation. Our server, Susie was very attentive and patient with our little guy. I can easily recommend the mussels and the lobster ravioli. My husband said great things about the frutti di mare.
Our waitress, Chelsea, was fantastic! One of the owners, Diana, offered excellent recommendations for our meal. We especially loved the Pasta Rustica and Picatta. The food was genuinely authentic Italian. It was the perfect conclusion to our day in St. Pete. Thank you!
had a great experience here, the food portions were amazing, the fettuccine Alfredo was very yummy and creamy, the view from the back patio was beautiful, the staff were really friendly, and I would highly recommend you to come to here! I will definitely be back here!
