Not an overall good experience. I ordered a whopper jr w/cheese, medium onion ring, and a frozen Coke. In the drive thru it took close to 5 minutes before I was able to order. Once I did, the first window person had a very good attitude, so no problem there. The second window handed me my coke and pulled me to the yellow sign and I waited about 20 minutes while folks that were parked behind me were getting their food that they also had to wait a while for. I ended up leaving without getting my food because I work a couple miles away and I only had a 30 minute lunch break. So I basically paid 9 dollars for only a frozen coke. I understand that there are times when the place is busy..and they...
This restaurant is newly opened, but we encountered several problems during our visit on the first day. We attributed this to their fresh start and chose to give them another chance a week later—only to face more issues. After waiting a month since their opening, we tried again, and unfortunately, we were met with yet more problems. They were out of many menu items, the food quality was lacking, and the parking situation was chaotic. At this point, it seems like a matter of poor management. We've come to the conclusion that this restaurant simply isn’t meant to succeed. It has quickly declined, much like many other establishments along Howdershell. It’s quite disappointing.
No way that it should take twenty minutes to get a simple order! They may have been understaffed but two of the four people behind the counter we're doing absolutely nothing. It was discouraging to see the crewmember hit her vape after delivering orders to the parked drive-through cars. The food wasn't too bad, but they did get my order wrong. that's not a machine drain was clogged with water splint over and it was difficult to find a table that had been wiped down. Somewhere to every other fast food restaurant in the area we have come to expect the minimum from people.
Every time I place an order, I'm asked to pull up to the flag pole to wait for my food, which is fine if the food is served hot. Unfortunately, it's never hot. Today, I ordered a small onion ring and, after waiting 10 minutes, was instructed to move to the flag pole. When my order finally came, I received only 4 onion rings and some cold fries! I've given this place too many opportunities, so I won't be coming back. It's quite disappointing, especially since it's a relatively new location.

I spent $2.50 on a small fountain drink, and the service was sluggish, even with a straightforward order. The restaurant has an overall look that reminds me of a bleak, dystopian take on a typical Burger King.

Inside looked clean while I stared thru their window for 20 minutes being parked at the yellow sign waiting for my order. Nuggets came with no sauce as requested.
I received my soda without ice and was given regular Coke instead of Diet Coke, which I had to throw away since I'm diabetic. However, the Whopper was fantastic!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and the food us usually good, though I have had to wait longer than expected for cold food before when they're busy.
