Ordered honey mustard sandwich. Was handed honey mustard wrap...after waiting for the correct sandwich the made it with plain mustard not honey mustard. This is the final straw for me with this location off E Roseville Pkwy. I will never return. This is not the first time that location has messed up my order either. I feel like these reviews are a waste of my time so for me to do this it should really have some clout for you to think twice about going to this location. If I wasn't going to work immediately I would've gone back to return the sandwich I did not order. Makes a honey mustard wrap then makes a plain mustard sandwich?!?! SMH.
WARNING ?? I went to get the $6 meal that comes with the rodeo burger, chicken fried and French fries that is advertised and they are charging $7!!! I asked for the manager and she just gave me a discount on my small drink. Make sure you know what youare paying for!! This is called bate and switch and it is completely illegal!!!! Stop the corporates from stealing from us!!Stop spending money at these places as they keep steal from their customers!! I haven't had burger king in about 5-6 years andthis will be my last time!! If I could give a 0 I would! I should have realized it would be bad when I was there for lunch timeand it was empty
Sat in front of drive thru speaker for 5 mins. No response at all. Pull up to window and the guy says he was talking to the boss. No apologies or anything. Kinda a big f u to me it felt like. Customers are not important to even acknowledge. Raising Cane's was way better and much more delicious than anything here.Trying the drive thru again today. The guy takes half my order then disappeared for a minute only to come back and asks me to order again. He said he had to go help another customer halfway through taking my order. I'm just wondering why he couldn't finish taking my order first. Terribly trained in customer service here.
the website shows the operating times from 6 to 12 clock. online ordered and paid because I went by flight from the city. at the burger king on the East-Rosenville-Parkbahn around 625 clock, and the place was still closed. I could not leave a great order I had paid for. had to wait until they opened and had to wait until they cook. I almost missed my flight because of the misinformation.

service is good, but eating is not. bk the worst I ever had. Do not try to get something with speck, not only it will be super chew not crispy, but it will also be cold not even fully cooked. the cheese tastes like plastic (because it is likely) doesn't even taste. my breakfast sandwiches were rough, cold.
the worst impossible burger I had, cold and dry, with very few toppings. I had an impossible burger at carls jr. and it was really good!
Ordered a happy meal for my kid and they didn’t give a toy and they don’t tell you eitherKid-friendliness: Happy meals have no toys
