Terrible! Would give 0 stars if possible.Food is gross. The worker made a simple mistake of listing the Royal Chicken sandwich as a Crispy Chicken. We tried to correct it by letting the worker know the screen was incorrect and we asked again for the Royal Chicken. The screen flashed but Crispy Chicken remained the same. We just figured it 's okay, we 'll just let them know of the error at the window...problem solved?...

the door reads Dine-In, but unfortunately it was not true and it was only 5ish in the evening. drive thru took forever. had to wait long to order because I was given her a minute. at the time there were only 2 cars in the car drive. the car in front of me and me. the person before me waited a long time to get her food, and I too. I visited the restaurant and was the only customer at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait for service in a rude manner and waited for several minutes. I ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger without pickles. The person who took my order seemed upset and in a bad mood, and was rude to me, even using foul language. However, the worker at the window was very nice and apologized for the behavior of the lady who took my order, who was also the manager. Some of my friends have also faced similar treatment at this location in recent months. It seems that the manager is not suitable for a customer service role. Despite this, the food tasted good.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I must. I was just simply trying to get breakfast and was told 10 minutes when drive thru is supposed to be open at 6am when I was there at 7am! Then she had the nerve to tell me drive around and park and wait 10 minutes because she didn’t want to hear the annoying ding ding every 2 minutes! How rude could of left that part that she didn’t want to hear that every 2 minutes it’s unprofessional. Maybe if you hate your job so much you should simply quit

Went through the drive-thru it was very slow dining room was locked but people were eating inside finally got my order and they made my order wrong had to knock on the door several times finally a customer open the door for me employee was very rude even though my order was wrong remade my order and it was wrong again I've had so many bad experiences at this Burger King mainly employee issues getting my order wrong.And the food not being prepared correctly. During a recent visit to the area, I decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, their card reader was not working with my debit card. With only $5 in cash on me, the manager generously offered to cover the cost of the rest of my meal without any hesitation. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and the excellent service provided by her and her staff. The food was also delicious, making it a five-star experience overall.

Was an awkward experience to be honest. Windows were extremely dirty/cloudy. Fries tasted like they were at least an hour old. Cold and mushy. We saw people waiting for quite a while for their food in the drive through. The soda machine was dispensing warm, flat soda and ice was not working. I'm not exactly sure how many people were working in the back but we only saw 4 different people.

this place has in the rule only one or 2 cars in the line, but every time I get there for the last 6 months it is the same, short staff or missing large menu points and then eating in the is usually cold or wrong when they get it. I understand the short staff in one dimension, but at least in the other areas to improve. not sure how they stay in business.

Lobby soda machine dispensed flat drinks and lobby windows were so dirty. The fries tasted like they had been sitting all day and felt the same way in my mouth. ? burgers were ok. Chicken sandwich was the only thing we got that was made fresh

Brief and often malfunctioning. Food tasted stale and greasy. French toast was flavorless. No coffee available. Sweet tea was lacking in taste. The croissant sandwich was superior at the nearby cafe. Dissatisfied and requesting a refund.
