Burger King - Reservar una mesa

the door reads Dine-In, but unfortunately it was not true and it was only 5ish in the evening. drive thru took forever. had to wait long to order because I was given her a minute. at the time there were only 2 cars in the car drive. the car in front of me and me. the person before me waited a long time to get her food, and I too. I understand that you work at burger king, but the woman in the window looked like to hate her life and regretted some life decisions that she had made in the past to guide her here and work at this time. my girl also ordered an impossible hepper and she received a meat filled regular hepper. they didn't eat me and at worst they were out ranchparking: open parking was no one there.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I must. I was just simply trying to get breakfast and was told 10 minutes when drive thru is supposed to be open at 6am when I was there at 7am! Then she had the nerve to tell me drive around and park and wait 10 minutes because she didn’t want to hear the annoying ding ding every 2 minutes! How rude could of left that part that she didn’t want to hear that every 2 minutes it’s unprofessional. Maybe if you hate your job so much you should simply quit

Went through the drive-thru it was very slow dining room was locked but people were eating inside finally got my order and they made my order wrong had to knock on the door several times finally a customer open the door for me employee was very rude even though my order was wrong remade my order and it was wrong again I've had so many bad experiences at this Burger King mainly employee issues getting my order wrong.And the food not being prepared correctly. The review needs to be a zero

Was an awkward experience to be honest. Windows were extremely dirty/cloudy. Fries tasted like they were at least an hour old. Cold and mushy. We saw people waiting for quite a while for their food in the drive through. The soda machine was dispensing warm, flat soda and ice was not working. I'm not exactly sure how many people were working in the back but we only saw 4 different people.

this place has in the rule only one or 2 cars in the line, but every time I get there for the last 6 months it is the same, short staff or missing large menu points and then eating in the is usually cold or wrong when they get it. I understand the short staff in one dimension, but at least in the other areas to improve. not sure how they stay in business.
