I ordered a Whopper with a side of onion rings, but they forgot to include the sauce I requested, and they didn’t add cheese to my burger, which I paid extra for. When I called to complain, they were rude and hung up on me, and then they wouldn’t answer my calls anymore. It's really frustrating when you pay for something and don’t receive what you ordered—it's like being robbed!
This is the friendliest fast food restaurant I have ever visited! The prompt greeting, the professionalism of the manager, and the friendly gestures and words made me feel welcome. Even a simple "thank you" felt genuine. Thank you to the staff for their great service!
No matter what anyone else says, this restaurant is the best. Mickey's used to be great, but maybe they should take notes from BK. The Whopper surpasses all other fast food burgers from the top 3 chains.
