I visited here this morning and overall it was disappointing.No one said hi when I entered not even when I said hello at the counter.Someone else came in when I was looking at the menu. I told him I need more minutes so you can go ahead.One of the staff was so welcoming to him and said hi as soon as she saw him.But I didn’t get any greeting even when I said hi first.I ordered hot latte and was waiting for it.The staff who made my coffee roughly poured milk into a cup in front of me and turned around without answering when I said thank you so much. I’ll keep it brief, but their cake is absolutely amazing! I had a chocolate cake with a delicious white filling, and it was a huge hit at the party! Even the restaurant owner enjoyed a slice and asked me where I got it—I was more than happy to share my enthusiasm. The service was outstanding, with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere.
I also picked up some pound cake, which was sitting in a basket by the register, and I was not disappointed. I’ve found my go-to bakery and can't wait to return to try everything else they have to offer!
Called in and reserved something to be made for a birthday. Showed up on the day which they said it will be done.Nothing was made, they saw the order in the computer but didn’t provide any explanation as to why it wasn’t made.Told me that they can have it done by 1pm of that day, but that didn’t work out for us and defied the whole purpose of ordering a week in advance. All good, ended up getting cupcakes in a pinch, but overall not satisfied with the job they had and therefore will curb how many times we do business with them.
As long-time patrons of Millers, we consistently find their baked goods to be thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. Ani and Kristina, who serve at the counter during the weekdays, are always friendly and eager to assist, making our visits even more enjoyable as we chat with them. The custom cakes we’ve ordered have always been flawless. Our only regret is that Millers has removed the TVs from the corners of the dining area; having them would encourage diners to linger a bit longer at their tables.

Review long overdue. I personally had one of the best experiences ordering from Millers in tenafly. I ordered a custom cake for my sons 10th birthday and they did exactly what I asked for. Even delivered! The cake was so moist and delicious. It was more than I could ask for. The staff was friendly communicating and efficient. I will be ordering from here all my cakes.
Millers Bakery has been a beloved fixture in our home for years, and they never fail to impress during the holidays. The quality of their products is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is their wonderful staff. I wouldn’t recommend any other bakery! And by the way, good luck trying to find better black and white cookies anywhere else!
We ordered a chocolate cake with strawberry filling and Bavarian cream. We paid $50 for a custom cake and we didn't expect to receive an old dried out cake that didn't have what we ordered. Was really disappointed and could've went with a cheaper shoprite cake.
Saw the old, guy owner being rude to a black customer. he treated the other customers nicely. Only hires pretty, young girls, too. The food was tasteless and carelessly made, as many other people have stated. has he thought about retiring yet?
