We don't visit Burger King very often but when we do it's usually pretty good. Ordered the Ghost pepper nuggets they were kind of hot compared to the spicy nuggets, they were fine. Ordered from the value menu so it wasn't expected to have the biggest best sandwiches but that Chicken Jr was so over done it gave me a headache. I get that food costs are high and staffing is shorthanded but it seemed as though the patty was precooked and sitting for so long that it dried out. It was so tough to choke down that doing the survey would imply that I want to purchase again.
I went to this Burger King this morning. I am not fond of breakfast so I ordered a burger and was told it would be a 7 minute wait which I expected and was asked to pull around to the front which was no problem. There were several cars pulled around and I have to say kuddos to the team working this morning. There were two cars that honked after their food was delivered and the gentleman went running from one car to the next to ensure everyone was happy. Great job team!
We go out of our way to eat here. Friendliest staff around. Food is always fresh. And come on people, it's Covid, these are frontline workers, understaffed, and underpaid. Some of these it took five extra minutes out of my busy day people need to get a grip. We have never had a bad experience here, and the staff almost always goes the extra mile. Enuff said.
One of my favorite locations!When I'm in town,I always go there at least once!Always friendly, just like tonight,and even told me when I left that they cooked it well done,as I had asked..And they were pretty busy at the time..So I'd definitely go there if you want a good burger and fries!!Swansea location. I order from here on the app alot and get constantly a confused job. I'm tired. I missed an article last time. have messed up with all the strokes on them and even cold food. And tonight (thanks to the door) I never got my food. this place needs moved and better attention to order details.
two years ago I stopped going to burger king because they always close much earlier than the paotten hours, but thought I would try again. I saw online before I drove to the location. today closed at least 1.5 hours before the post closing and all the lights and signs where still.
I went to the store on February 9th period on the outside sign they had 2 Whoppers for 6 bucks right under their sign. When I went to order my whoppers it came to almost $13.. When I asked about the deal they said they no longer were doing it. Avoid this store false advertising
