I made a mobile order and picked it up inside. Justin and Zack assisted me, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The sandwiches were freshly made and prepared exactly as I requested. The fries were also cooked without salt, as I asked. Everything was nicely packaged separately, complete with napkins in each bag. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional. You rarely encounter such excellent service at restaurants these days. I'm quick to voice my concerns when things go wrong, so I want to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful meal and experience!
I ordered the BK Fish meal, but when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order—a double whopper instead. The restaurant wasn't even busy, which made me even more disappointed. I won't be returning there. I did, however, take their online survey to express my frustration about receiving the incorrect food.
My daughter's step-brother, who is 11 years old, accidentally left his phone in the play area. By the time we returned, the woman behind the counter had already retrieved it and was holding it for us. She was so kind! I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in for us. Thank you once again!
Went through the drive thur today. The workers where really welcoming and very active towards us. Food was given to us fast and fresh. We honestly thought it wasn't gonna be the best but everything was a 10/10.

I was surprised to find out that they don't offer indoor dining, as the doors were already locked when I arrived. There was no sign on the door indicating this policy.
Long wait in drive thru, wouldn't have been a problem if I got hot fresh food. The fries barely warm, some not cooked enough and the burger wasn't hot.
The Bacon and Swiss BK Royal Crispy Chicken didn't have any Swiss cheese or bacon, even though it's right in the name. What a disappointment!
The 12-piece Chicken Fries were overcooked. They were so crunchy that they snapped like brittle sticks. Disappointing.
