I absolutely hate coming to this Burger king?s location it?s one of the worst I?ve ever been to in my life are used to work as a manager at a Burger King and Kentucky whatever is going on at this restaurant I think the owner needs to know what?s going on because every time I come through there I have to sit in line with nobody even there while your employees are doing whatever they wanna do I?m not spending a dime here anymore I will go spend my money at McDonald?s where they actually will serve you some food and they will serve you some fresh food unlike this Burger king save yourself the time and don?t even come here
I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but they continued to mess up my order every single time. On two occasions, they gave me the wrong breakfast biscuit sandwich, and when I informed them, they couldn't fix it because they were out of biscuits. I don't understand why they never have breakfast sandwiches available or can't get a simple order like a Sausage Biscuit right. I asked for a refund after four visits and four mistakes, but they never offered any compensation for their errors. Despite enjoying Burger King, I won't be returning to this particular location.
Been there twice and each time they were polite and courteous. Compare to other locations this place was more service oriented. Oh my. I had to revise this review. I see now why they have so many one stars. Evidently day is different from night. This girl at the counter was extremely rude to be working anywhere. I dont know but if I'm getting paid I would need to put more effort. Otherwise she should stay home. Management needs to do better.
It’s Burger King, so no surprises. However, I’d like to highlight that the service here is good and my orders are always accurate, which significantly contributes to the overall experience. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the inside. The outside could use a little sprucing up and repaving around the drive thru lane, but it’s not horrible.Parking: Lot is never full or even crowded.

At 10 a.m. the cook touched the salad with his hands. When I realized that I saw him, he put on his gloves, but one of them fell on the floor. He took it up and built the Burguer. When we let the server know through the window, he closed the window with us in a very rude way and did not speak to us and made a sign for us to leave. This is particularly dangerous during the Kovid-19 period.
Horrible. Should of known to check my spicy chicken, when I heard the cook say bring some more spicy chickens out. Not only was the bun burnt but the chicken too. Then the cook complains about who orders a plain burger. Stop coming to work HIGH please.
The staff at this restaurant was amazing - they were polite and attentive, and their dedication truly set them apart from other fast food places. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my experience.
I love this BK. It's always clean, quiet, not crowded and the food is made fast and fresh as you order it. Bonus star for the Coke freestyle machine!
