I have reached out to the district manager and left a message, and I plan to speak to the manager in the morning. This lack of service seems to be a result of pure laziness from the employees. This Burger King location is the worst I have ever been to. The area is unpleasant with potholes, the staff is unhappy, and the price you pay for the food does not match the quality. I ordered a meal in person and waited 30 minutes before walking out, even though 5 people who ordered after me received their food. I only bought a burger and medium fries. Lately, every Burger King I have visited has been a terrible experience. It feels like a waste of money when you don't even get your food. It seems like most of the staff are under the influence of some substance.
