This was the worst experience I have had, with terrible customer service to match. I placed an online order for pick-up through the drive-thru an hour before my arrival. When I got there, I was told I had to pick up inside the restaurant. Inside, I was told there was no order for me. I tried to show them the order on my app, complete with an order number and payment confirmation, but was ignored for another 20 minutes. When they finally asked for my name, they struggled to understand it, suggesting it was of African origin. Another employee walked past me without acknowledging me at all. T.C is truly an angel. Her generosity exceeded all expectations! She is pleasant and very attentive to her customers. I observed her from the moment I entered the restaurant and she was moving quickly to satisfy all customers. She is a valuable asset to your company and I sincerely hope you keep her on board. We need more people like her in all fast-paced businesses! I admire her energy, which is contagious. Thank you so much, T.C, for making my visit memorable.

Without a doubt the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I waited over an hour to get my food and there was only one car ahead of me and one behind me. When I finally recieved my food my order was missing fries. The incompetence of this place is unreal. I could've sat down and had a steak dinner in the time it took them to make a burger.

During my vacation, I had the best experience at this Burger King. The General Manager was incredibly kind and made sure our large order was accurate. She even seemed to hear my kids in the backseat. Despite the busy atmosphere, our order was prepared correctly the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Excellent job. Reserva una mesa ahora

I wish that the food would look like it does in the pictures, but unfortunately that's not the case. I would be just as satisfied if the food was served hot, but it seems that's not going to happen either. On top of that, the staff is rude. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I placed an order using the restaurant's app, but when I arrived at the store, they claimed they never received it. The clerk was rude over the intercom and refused to give me a number to contact the manager. I will not be ordering from here again.

My daughter wanted French toast sticks but we were told that they didn’t have any and the warehouse didn’t have any at this time and not sure when they will have some!! But over all service was good! They did give us someone else’s food tho?

This Burger King has completely turned around! Alice was very friendly and provided a great customer experience. In fact, the entire team was amazing.

Food was half cook and hard!!!! Need a new store manager and the location is to nasty outside… but the little guy who was at the window was to sweet
