I used to like this place but this was my last time coming here. There is a new asian man working there who claims to be the ' ' manager ' ' who was CLEARLY hitting on my underage daughter. Absolutely disgusting. He kept trying to talk to her while she waited for our food I was sitting in the car so she came back and told me she was uncomfortable waiting at the store because the man was asking her things like are you single and saying that she was very pretty and looked ' ' very healthy ' ' whatever that means. I went to the store to confront him and he wasn 't there so I asked the cashier to call him but he ignored me. Let me clarify I did not make a scene I just asked to speak with the man...
This is still my go to place mainly because it’s down the street, it’s good and takes EBT. It has new owners and I decided to try the Cajun Trinity (advertised like the juicy crab bag) I don’t know what the prime market sauce is inside but it’s not nasty but it’s not tasty. It had no mild spicy Cajun seasoning no real taste but it’s red ? the lady told me it would be Cajun spicy but I just think maybe the new owners haven’t got the sauce, right? I got butters, so I was still able to eat it dipped in butter, which was better. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not a bad place and it’s not expensive. This experience just wasn’t the best.
Food is good but have a black young lady as cash register that have friends come thru an holds their crab legs til someone else purchase some an switch them. Cause her friends can't afford the original price. Terrible an she was seen buying pills which is a drug outside the restaurant. Owners should rid of this person cause if you can't afford crab legs don't show up for favors an she the color lady switch up. Terrible business as always black people mess things up. If you go their be careful how you buy crab legs she will switch up for her friends
I read management is new and I can tell. The WORST customer service EVER!!! Talked to me like I was a dog. I let her know and got a refund. I learned a long time ago to NEVER spend my money where it's not appreciated. There are waaayyy to many Seafood restaurants to choose from instead of Prime Seafood. No Stars if I could.

This is my favorite seafood restaurant! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the service is quick and efficient. I often order the garlic snow crab plate, which comes with corn, potatoes, shrimp, and crab. Oh, and they accept EBT too! Be sure to check this place out—you won’t be disappointed!
I have to say, this was the best and most delicious seafood I've ever had. I don't know who was working on August 26th, 2023, but whoever was in the kitchen that day truly nailed it in terms of preparation and flavor. This is hands down the best seafood I've had in Atlanta. Wow!
The food is so delicious and incredible. The current staff at the counter was very rude and had an attitude ?. And it was 5 other customers who went through dramatics with this 1 cashier and worker. The atmosphere was spacious and good new Orleans seafood smell ... ?
I order 4 cold packed garlic crabs and when I got home, they were scraps and not a complete order. Very disappointing since this was part of my family Christmas dinner. And there's no way to call back...going straight to voicemail

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, but the food is overpriced for the taste. The batter could use better seasoning; it was too tough, making it difficult to hold the fish without it falling apart.
