I stopped at Burger King last night after spending 2 hours in rush hour traffic. I initially stopped because I needed to use the restroom, but ended up grabbing a bite to eat as well. The cashier was very friendly, and I complimented her on her makeup. I wish I had gotten her name. She informed me that there would be a short wait for my chicken sandwich, which I appreciated. I inquired about the new Mac n Cheeto bites, and she recommended them. Before I knew it, my food was ready. Despite it being a quick, unplanned meal, the cashier was friendly and engaging in conversation. Overall, it was a good experience.
Ordered the classic melt. The person that prep my meal decided to substitute one of the buns. Im local truck driver that's been working since 2AM. At noon I decided to stop in and support a local restaurant in the town I grew up. I called the store. They said they would talk to the kitchen that's it. They didn't offer me anything. No truck driver going to turn around. I don't need a refund. Just get it right the first time or let the customer decide if its ok to substitute the buns, since there paying for it.
They don’t deserve no star or any recommendations, I went to this .. Burger King and ordered two whooper with cheese and two large fries, when I got home I got two bacon with no cheese and clod fries and burger, I am trying to call them to let them know but their phone is busy , if you ever go to Burger King, check your food before you leave because you will be upset just like me specially when I don’t eat pork and don’t have any pork products in my apartment,
This place is not good to be in. Services are so slow. Takes around 40 minutes to make your order. Drive thru doesn't move. Workers should be fired or corrected to do their jobs properly.

The store had a fire last year they reopened in January before the fire they were slow now they're very slow it's the only Burger King open what's under five mile
The wait was quite long. I regret choosing to order here in the morning, and they also didn’t have several items available.
The food was as delicious as ever. However, the cashier forgot to give me my receipt.
The staff seemed quite disorganized during the transition from breakfast to lunch.
