I am a few weeks ago at 17 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon after work here. it was a little busy with people waiting for ordering, mostly looked like online and door Dash. I was the only one standing on the money side to order, many people work. Nobody even feared to say hello and take my order. I waited 10 minutes before I stopped the girl and asked, "I can order here"? my order attacked, it was decent fast (maybe 7 minutes), but eating was not good. Cold, rusty mozzarella sticks, koks was flat, warm and lacked about 3 inches from above. I have seen how the kerl keeps the ice, so I have probably not waited and left at least 4 drinks without ice. whopper I didn't adjust just because I didn't...
I finally tried the Burger King in Brantford and I was extremely satisfied with it! Everything was prepared as requested, cooked perfectly, and incredibly delicious. It was even better than I remembered! I hadn't been to a Burger King in years and I had missed it. It has always been my favorite burger joint and I was really pleased with my experience. Have they gotten bigger? Because I don't remember their portions being so large! It was a nice surprise. The Whopper was amazing, the chicken fries were delicious, and the fries were top-notch as well. I had to wait a bit because it was Saturday evening, but it was definitely worth it! I will definitely be going back again.
This is my second time leaving a review for this restaurant. I didn't request any additional toppings, but they were included. The burger itself felt like a kids' meal, but the standout items were the tasty and greasy fries and the flavorful mustard. When I tried to reach out to them for a replacement, it took about 1.5 hours to get a response during peak hours. I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience, but they did offer to replace the burgers. Is it worth the time and effort to go back, especially considering the wait in the car? I will update my review after my next visit.
What a joke! Only one star cause 0 stars was not an option! Waited in line for 30min for my favorite burger, when I got to order they discontinued the item. Yet it was advertised all over with posters and on there menu. Why advertise something your don't sell. Ended up ordering a bacon king another joke! How is 1.5 pieces of bacon a bacon king? Also it had no sauce! I usually love burger King but this location needs to get there act together!

My second attempt at getting an impossible whopper.. first time the bun was stale and the lettuce was brown and slimy. This time I bit into a cold Burger that was absolutely uncooked. I spent the rest of the night wondering if I was going to get sick. Rather than call and complain and try to get some free stuff I'm just never going to go back.
I will never go back here again, finally a day the drive thru line up wasn’t ridiculous so I pull in and spend 40 bucks just to be Utterly disappointed!! wait 20 mins in the drive thru for 3 whopper meals when it wasnt even busy only 5 cars in the drive thru then all 3 burgers and fries are cold as ice and no one will answer the phone
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I can tolerate a long wait when there's a large crowd, but even with only 3 to 6 cars in the drive-thru, it takes an absurdly long time to receive your order, usually 30 to 40 minutes. This place desperately needs to be renovated.
I ordered a whopper combo today and when I got home I opened it up and it is a patty with cheese on and nothing else. I called the store twice and no one bothered to answer the phone. So not impressed as I was looking forward to the whopper.

Had Burger King tonight for supper. There was no line up on the road. Everything was done right and the service was great. Our meal was delicious. We definitely will be going back.Way to go Burger King. Thumbs Up.
This is the slowest place on earth. Line up of 7 people waiting to order and no one even working at the till. Then I got my burger and it looked like they poured the sauce into with a paint gun.
