I understand being short staffed. While we were there it was not that busy. Taking our order was fine but once the food was ready we were ignored repeatedly while trying to get dipping sauce for our chicken fries. And the attitude of the manager Jared was not nice and he was completely rude to us. So but you're in the customer service industry you have to take care of your customers.
It was asked to hold on to the passage while there were no other cars. Another car went on track two, and they were served immediately. Bad ability to use the customer correctly. Generally, this is my way to Burger King because I had terrible service at the other two locations in Lee? Summit. Maybe it's time to give them another attempt and not so much trust in this place.
I haven't been to this place since it was rebuilt, and I thought it would be an improvement, but it has actually gotten worse. I ordered a helper without twirling, but they still put it on. I also ordered a Hershey's cake, but when I got home, it wasn't in my bag. I've tried calling for the last 10 minutes, and no one is answering the phone!
Went to this location on December 26 and was double charged, noticed on my bank statement the following Tuesday, called and asked for a refund. They told me to send information to them and I did, that Wednesday. Since then they have not returned my calls or refunded my money. SHADY PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE! Reserva una mesa ahora
I placed an order through the BK app. The restaurant was accepting orders. I got there to pick it up and they said they were closed. Why were they accepting online orders then? Then they said I could wait but they had no way to refund me. And now they won't answer the phone.
Overall, this is the best restaurant in the area, but on this particular day, they were short-staffed, so the dine-in option was closed. I also received the wrong sandwich out of the five I ordered, and all of them had smaller patties than expected.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If they don't want to stay open, they should update their hours on the website so people don't waste their time only to find out that they're closed.
The employees at this location are so pleasant. I?ve always had quick service and never had an issue with my order. They?ve still got those drive thru lines moving fast! Reserva una mesa ahora
