people who work here have an idea of 90% focus on drive thru business and 10% time and effort to order the customers in the es pane and front counter, they will not even see customers waiting for counter ready to order, they will thru will be highest priority. I used to enjoy cozy little it area there, but now I will go to different bk, for better customer service, attention and friendliness experience. in the breakfast hour they typically hold the entrance door closed, they huddle around the back kitchen area to chat. they say the same, we are understaffed and no one can take the order at the theke, his nothing but affliction here. this bk really doesn't matter, they go elsewhere for better...
Horrible service inside. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. When we finally had someone come up it was like we were an inconvenience. What came next blew our minds. My daughter bit into her bacon whopper melt and and it had a long black hair in it and my daughter has short orange hair. The girl that took our order wasn 't wearing a hat or hairnet said out loud. do you think it could be mine ?. We got the replacement and the guy said take it rather rudely. We used to like driving to this location because of the service and people. Now to say the least we will NEVER BE BACK.
Today 5/10/22 i sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, there are cars in the parking lot and lights are on, i drove by the windows and theres 2 people laughing and standing around on there phones, the lobby is supposed to be open at 6 am and at 6:30 the doors are still locked and no one is wanting to work. Ive seen other reviews about this place and the quality of work and it seems like management doesnt care either, nice to know
I understand that the restaurant was busy and they had orders to fulfill for the customers ahead of me, including those with multiple bags of food. However, I would appreciate it if they didn't hold me accountable for the delays in getting my meal. A little acknowledgment of the mistake and an apology would have gone a long way and could have earned them a higher rating from me.

I ordered in the app for a delivery that did not work contact number for the driver. the app shows that my order was delivered, but I have no order, and no one tried to contact me at all. No one answers the phone when I try to call the restaurant. I tried to place the order again because I had to eat, and somehow I was charged three times. I'll talk to a manager tomorrow.
the original chicken sandwich was burned. not only a bit crispy, but literally burned. I couldn't chew it. we ordered through the trip thru, so I didn't even know it was burned until I came home. I don't understand why they would even give it to someone. only to throw and make a new one. they weren't friendly either. would not recommend this place.
What a joke!! I show up at 10:55 PM, totally starving after working all day. Apparently, this place closes at 10:50 PM!! That was an exact quote, “we close at 10:50 PM.” I decided to drive to the Leetsdale Burger King and they were still open, but of course!
Don't believe the hours of operation because staff actually decides when they feel like it. Like today 4/20/22 650 am nope drive lights on but nobody home sad had to go to McDonald's with a few others because your staff didn't want to open on time

Fast service, and great food! All of my food was fresh and all of the employees were super friendly. Love the atmosphere in here. One of the most modern BKs I've been in a while.
