I had a mobile order for 7 people 5 adults 2 children, upon arriving I was told that my order was already given through the drive thru I showed them that I still had the order up on my phone and had not picked it up. Found out they gave my order 76 toa mobile order 46. After proving I had not received our food it was remade. I was not given the kids meals only the burgers.Also was shorted 2 medium fries and 1 medium drink. When asked to speak to the manager I was told he was in the back on oxygen.No compensation or apology was offered for an over $80 order.
The staff at Burger King were extremely attentive and answered all our questions about the menu patiently. They kindly informed us beforehand that our food would take a bit longer to prepare since it was made fresh, which I really appreciated. When our meal arrived, everything was fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy and hot. The team remained professional throughout and created a welcoming environment. Breeanna went above and beyond with her outstanding service, and we will definitely be coming back because of her.
It's Burger King, part of the Meridian franchise, but just like any other location. Whether that's a positive or negative depends on your expectations, as you know exactly what you're getting. One helpful tip: if you ask for your food to be made fresh, they are obliged to do so. It might take a little longer, but you can be sure it's never been sitting out. The food is still pretty good even without this request, but for those particular about their meals, this is a great choice.
The staff were very attentive and helpful when we had questions on anything on the menu. They told us ahead of time our food would take a moment to make as it comes fresco which I was more than happy with and happy they told us ahead of time as well.Food came out fresh and the fires were super crispy and hot. Staff made sure they were professional and created a positiveenvironment. Breeanna went above and beyond and we will definitely be returning because of her.

Burger King offers the most cheerful and knowledgeable customer service I've encountered at a fast food restaurant this year. I'm now making a special effort to eat here! It was such a refreshing change from the Farmington McDonald's. If you're trying to choose between the two, I highly recommend Burger King; it's absolutely worth it. The Whopper is like heaven on a bun. The person who assisted me was named Pops!
This restaurant deserves more appreciation. I've eaten here several times in recent months, and each time I've enjoyed outstanding and quick service. The food is delicious—though it might not always be freshly made, it's always served without delay. The well drinks are also nicely chilled and refreshing. On top of that, there's a wonderful bonus that elevates the overall experience!
Typical Burger King but located in an old 1980's building. The hamburgers are nothing special, just typical fast food. The building is SO OLD. I wonder what the kitchen looks like in back??? Makes me kind of scared to eat here... But the employeesare helpful and nice and never hesitate to help with the app or with coupons. The dining room is always clean.
I always enjoy visiting a restaurant with great food and friendly staff. It's a shame there aren't more people like the girl and guy working tonight. Thank you both for being so welcoming and attentive to your customers! You’re fantastic!

30 minutes to wait for a single burger, three times in a row, hasn't ever been this slow. What in the world happened. Get that manager training on efficiency and time management unless you want your restaurant going down the tubes.
This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. The customer service was terrible! If you’re going to be short-staffed, at least hire quality employees to compensate.
