Have been sitting in the drive through waiting for our food for 15 mins after we have already paid. We have seen two cars get there food before us as well as the people inside. Was told to drive up, now we are just sitting here. Glad I will be adding 30 additional minutes to my road trip home now.We have now received our food but did not receive an apology for the long wait. Not to mention, there was no one else there when we arrived. One last thing, three of the menu items were out. No sauces. I feel bad for the town, this is a terrible Burger King.
The facility is absolutely dirty from the front to the back.The floors have not been cleaned since the place opened from the looks of it.The drink station was nasty dirty and not cleaned, the food bins had debris built up were your foods sits as well as the fry station. We walked in looked around an walked right back out without trying to touch the dirty door.I wouldn't recommend. I would give no stars if I could!
A friend and I visited the drive-thru and ordered two Jr. Whoppers. We arrived at the window but had to wait for 20 minutes, during which one of the staff members was on her phone instead of working to move the line along. This experience highlighted a lack of effective management and customer service at this location.
I went to the restaurant, but was told it was drive-thru only. So we went to the drive-thru and had to wait because they wouldn't take a lady's order. Then we were informed that they didn't have any of the items we wanted. After placing our order, we waited over 15 minutes for our food, only to be disappointed.

I think only 1 employee was working there at 2pm today and the lady working after no responding for a couple of minutes gonna say “what you want” with the upmost attitude don’t bother coming here
I ordered the original chicken sandwich, which is usually quite tasty. However, the service was slow, and my sandwich arrived cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge.
