We waited 30 minutes for our order of four sandwiches because our food was handed to someone else by mistake. We saw the bag with our order number given to the wrong person, and no one apologized for the error. It was especially frustrating since we had our two kids and a cat in the car. The staff’s lack of communication was very apparent. When we finally got our food, the plain burger we requested came with all the toppings, so we had to return inside and wait another ten minutes to have it corrected.
I spent almost $15 to upsize a single combo meal at Burger King just to receive a large fry. However, when I opened the bag, I found a half-filled large fry. I even held them up and asked the staff member who prepared my order, "Is this really a large fry?" She seemed indifferent and simply replied, "Yup." It's frustrating—maybe you should consider better training for your team or, at the very least, stop shortchanging customers on the menu items.
I spent more than 20 minutes waiting in line to place my order, while the cashier repeatedly walked away despite several people waiting. The restaurant seems to have enough staff, but their poor customer service ensures I won't be coming back.
Excellent customer service, fast meal preparation, and the food was served hot. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you need to charge your Tesla, as there are four charging stations available.
