3 stars only to not go to scam. My review is 1 star for sure. I stood inside no one paid me any mind so I knocked on the the window nothing. I then yelled if someone could help me. I think they purposely ignore take out customers to have less work. So rude. If they really did not hear me or see me after knocking and yelling that's a major safety issue (someone could come in with bad intentions and they would not be alert or prepared). Horrible. Do better.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong twice in a row; I asked for two black coffees but received something else. After sending them back, we received four new coffees, which was nice, but again, they weren’t black. To top it off, the kitchen was closed for some reason. I would recommend going to Harrison, NJ instead.
Ordered some coffee and got half of the cup full. Then I’m asked if I drank it and brought it back. It was a young African American lady with half black and half white braids. Even getting the order, she was obnoxious and rude. Management needs to do a better job.
The wait time at Dunkin' is way too long. The drive-thru is supposed to be quick, but the line moves incredibly slowly. I ended up running late for work because of it, so I had no choice but to stop going there. Reserva una mesa ahora
Overall, there is usually a bit of a wait, and they could clean the outside area where you pick up your orders a little better. However, the staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service.
I wanted to understand why the manager fired my sister while she was sick. The place is very small and not clean. My sister also witnessed an employee giving a customer food that had fallen on the floor.
The service truly brightens my day, and the coffee is quite good as well. However, it's worth checking to ensure it's prepared just the way you like it. The morning staff are fantastic!
