Don't go to this location.This place is a disaster. The parking lot is destroyed, they've had a chair blocking one of the drive thru lanes for weeks, the menus look like they're falling apart, and they're obviously horribly understaffed.The last time I went it took at least 25 minutes to get food. Looking through the window it was obvious they just don't have enough employees. About 3 people working there total.Finally, I went today at 1130am, and ordered ahead on the app. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes for service at the menu. Nothing. I was disappointed by my experience at the restaurant. The behavior of some of the staff was quite unprofessional. While I was waiting to be helped, I could hear my coworkers being loud and disruptive in the background. One worker, who seemed to be agitated, made a comment that came across as aggressive. Additionally, as I tried to engage with the staff, I sensed a confrontational attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the service was not up to the standard I would expect.
I think its only a matter of time until all the employees walk off the job or this one closes. Terrible service. Drove through on a Saturday for lunch and they were out of their Whoppers. Their signature burger. How does that happen?
I had a long wait in the drive-thru, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. I ended up having to wait in the car again until 12:30. When I received my food, it was awful and didn't even taste like what I expected.

sent to 27. st position on Saturday, 17 september at 10 minutes before 18 o'clock. it is closed. no sign or note, no one in the building and no cars in the partie. Maybe it's time for bk to just pack it in lincoln.
Was at the drive thru at 10am this morning, was told they don't open untill 10:30, the website says 10am. This place needs to be shut down !!!! Very poor service, always !!
Has to be one of the worst most run down Burger King I have ever seen. You’ll also have to wait forever before they take your order. Avoid this location and go elsewhere.
Very poor quality food. The fries look old and also the meat in my chicken sandwich and my kids hamburger. I was Very disappointed

Despite having what appeared to be only two employees working the food was good and my order was correct.
The food and service are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly.
