Burger Stop - Reserva de mesa

I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to this restaurant. The employees had negative attitudes, and when I expressed my desire to cancel my order, the manager insisted I had to take it since it was ready and refused to issue a refund. It's hard to enjoy your meal when the staff creates a hostile atmosphere. They seemed to think they were above providing good customer service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

My son ordered a carne quesadilla, which arrived with pico de gallo and guacamole mixed in. When I called to address the issue, the staff was very professional, and the cook took great care with my order. All I can say is thank you; I truly appreciate your service! I would definitely recommend dining here—there are some cool old-school cars parked out front, creating a great vibe!

Excellent place, very delicious food, variety of menu. Fair prices, I liked everything, the taste of everything was great. The service was excellent, preparation times were normal, ample parking... I will definitely return. Ideal place to have a good meal.

Drive Through Burger Combo with Onion Rings Food has absolutly no flavor. Burnt onion rings. No salt on the fries or the burger. :
