To be honest, I would have given this restaurant a full five stars this week. It was my new favorite place with amazing burgers. However, the last two times I ordered through the app, there were issues. I waited for confirmation of my order, only to be told both times that my order was "short" because their system went down. This meant a longer wait time for my food, and I even saw a server looking for my order in the trash. While I did receive free drinks as compensation, the whole situation was unpleasant and I did not receive an apology from the manager. The food is delicious and worth it, but the experience left me feeling disappointed. What's the point of amazing food when it hinders me...

I recently dined at Ostars and was impressed by the variety of burger options available, including some unique meat choices and a wide selection of vegetables. My partner tried the wildburger and lamb, while I found the wildburger to be fantastic. The spicy fried pickles were also a hit. They were offering $5 margaritas, which were decent. My friends enjoyed their cattleburgers, which all had special pairings with the meat options. The overall dining experience was delicious, with excellent options for both burgers and vegetables. We were even able to conveniently pay with a QR code at the end of our meal. Just be prepared to be adventurous with your food choices here!

Food was great but the service....good lord...so the food would be 4 stars but service 1 star. While my stay, about 40 mins, I seen 5 people walk from their tables to ask for napkins and 2 people asking for a refill. When my food was served, no utensils or napkins, even my area wasnt even wiped down, still had someone soda/beer spillage. I had to ask for napkins as well half way through my Yummy burger. And ask for 2 refills as well. I tried to make it obvious n moved my glass for them, 4 girls behind the bar, which only needs one really but not one asked or even inquired how my meal was until I asked for the check. again, food was great but Service was Zero.

forgot to take a picture of the burger… but it’s delicious and the fries are tasty.Never had a bad experience. I always ordered for pick up when I worked close by! So sad I don’t anymore

The crumbled goat cheese salad is delicious. Just avoid pairing it with the tzatziki dressing.
