Burgerim Gourmet Burgers

We encountered a bit of difficulty with a young Asian woman who seemed frustrated about our request for an extra Ranch dressing for our fries. We believed we had already paid the $0.35 fee for it. Regardless, she eventually gave us another one, but mentioned she would take the cost out of the tip jar! I accepted the dressing and left a dollar on the counter, which remained there while we enjoyed our meal. The issue wasn't really the money; it was her attitude. We've always had a good experience before, and the food is tasty.

The bottom hamburger bun was completely soggy. Why is that? The burgers themselves tasted decent, but they were a bit dry. Condiments come at an additional cost, and I paid for pickles but received a rather meager portion. The sweet potato fries were passable, and the chocolate milkshake was just alright; I really wish they offered malted. Overall, it was nothing exceptional for a restaurant that boasts about its burgers.

I ordered a few burgers for myself and a couple of friends. One of my friends got a crispy chicken burger and he liked it. The other two burgers were WAY overcooked grey and completely dry. In the notes I asked that my burger be cooked medium rare but obviously that didn 't make a difference. Regardless, even a burger that is cooked 'well done ' should be juicy. We won 't be ordering from here again.

The food is excellent, but there are too many additional charges. For instance, you can swap an Impossible Burger for any burger for an extra $2.50. However, the cost of an Impossible Burger is comparable to that of the gourmet meat patties. It would be better if the Impossible Burger were priced like the regular burgers. Reserva una mesa ahora

The BurgerIM style aioli garlic fries are freaking amazing. My partner had the angus beef Angus Beef (Classic Styled Burger) and loved it. I tried the Greek Lamb (Greek Styled Burger) and it was really good! Great tzatziki sauce, good char on the burger. Only downside is it was a bit dry but thats a hazard of lamb.

The Spanish Beef (Caliente Styled Burger) was dry and overly seasoned. The place I usually go to (Newark, Newpark Mall) has the best Spanish Beef (Caliente Styled Burger), so I expected better. The jalapeños could have been softer and better grilled as well.

The party box is consistently excellent, and the fries are pretty good. However, it might not be the best choice for delivery, as they tend to get soggy quickly. The buffalo sauce is quite vinegar-forward.

burgers taste fresh- from the meat, the cheese and other toppings! the Tater tots did not taste fresh and appeared as if they had been out for awhile. Reserva una mesa ahora

The burgers here are fantastic and the onion rings are perfect! The prices are very reasonable as well. I absolutely love this place!

Good burgers work nice variety. Onion rings and sweet potato fries are also very good. Shakes are also great.
