Went for brunch. Didn't have to wait too long bc we utilized the online waitlist. Took at least 15min before our server came to the table. Took about 15 more min to get water. Order came out in a decent time but the food was not hot, just warm. Ordered shrimp and grits that never came out. Server was kind but definitely responsible for too many tables. Not interested in coming back at least not for dine-in. Meal type: Brunch
bad customer service. on the 5th juli 2013 I brought my dog to the outdoor terrace for lunch. however, as waitstaff informed me of it, I have sat a small white dog (not identified as a service dog in any wise) with some customers on their outdoor terrace. When I asked about this dog, the waiter informed me that the dog had been allowed by the manager. this is discriminatory, unprofessional and bad business practice.
I've always been a few times. I want to like it more. eating was good and the effort to explore the menu. service was always slow for us. simply enjoy the dimming lighting and cool people around you, and your tablemates naturally. Do not worry that the somewhat disturbing ceiling art falls into your plate.
I'm a big guy, 6'3 , with an amputated leg. Unless sitting on a stool at the bar, I felt that the table chairs and benches in the booths were too low to the ground to accommodate me. my wife and I came to our jubilee and we were not disappointed. eating was delicious and the ambiente was comfortable. with the delicious vegan desserts we will definitely come back.
