Cafe 129 - Reservar una mesa

ZBest Lives!! Not sure why there isn't a listing, but the chef still owns Cafe 129, still located in the same storefront. This is not small-town eats. Chef could open an establishment in Chicago's or Bucktown and not stand out. Ingredients are impeccable, flavors are clearly designed and dishes are never just repeats of comfort foods.

The meal was great and the service was excellent. Cafe 129 wasn't your basic cafe. The chef made himself with the chicken marsala and the scallops with mango salsa and sea snails. If you're in Sheffield IL, it's worth it.

Erin and the crew do such an amazing job to make us all feel that we are the VIP treatment every time we are there... we love you guys and we are so happy that you guys are back in town!!!!

Great food and super reasonable. Had ribeye, chicken marsala, white fish all were delicious.
