Cafe Andreou - Reservar una mesa

I just arrived from Montreal 3 minutes ago and went to this restaurant. I asked an older employee to replace my diet coke with a colder one after purchasing it. She rudely replied, "No, we don't do that." This was disrespectful and silly since I had the receipt and the unopened bottle with me. This was my first visit to this place. Thank you.
