Café Hiro is a dream of two culinary worlds coming together and could probably solve a world crisis. Amazing service inside, servers were extremely warm and friendly, and a small dining area to make the experience more personal is all you can ask for.The Beef Tataki could have been accompanied by a slightly better sear, but with the accoutrements of sauce, onion, and radish had you easily put that in the past.In my family, we love risotto. I'm not kidding when I say this place is extremely good. Like very very good. It's a Italian Japanese fusion restaurant with a Vibe that takes you away to another place once you walk in. The restaurant is decorated throughout and painted on the ceiling to give a calming and serene feeling.It's one of those restaurants where you can tell that the chef in the back truly cares about the food they're putting out.Would I recommend it?
