Been here a few times over the Winter and the cafe is always cold! As it's positioned right by two main entrances, surely one of them could be closed to retain some heat. Called in last Saturday and noticed every person was sat with big coats on, some were wearing hats, it was a cold day outside but very cold in the cafe. When you get the meal you have to eat it at top speed so there's some warmth left in it! Also the coffee machines are never working, these have been like this since before the pandemic. Management need to get this sorted, Asda Sainsburys have warm cafes with lots of hot meals coffee!
I visited the restaurant after seeing their advertised special of 2 breakfasts and 2 hot drinks for £10 on national TV. However, I was disappointed to find a sign stating that they were unable to cook bacon, mushrooms, or tomatoes due to equipment failure. I found this explanation unreasonable, especially since other hot meals were still being served. It was a letdown that they didn't try to find an alternative solution, causing Morrisons to lose out on potential business.
After finally getting our coffee, we noticed that other customers who arrived after us were receiving their food before us. We waited 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was not very good quality and tasted bland. The young girl at the till was friendly, but the other staff seemed uninterested and unhappy.
Overall, it was an experience I would not want to repeat. I would rather spend my money elsewhere on better quality food and service.
If you don't mind dining at a supermarket cafe, the food is really good. I ordered the 'ultimate' fish and chips which featured a generously sized and well-cooked fish fillet, delicious chips, and peas. The new 'order at your table' option eliminates the need to wait in long lines, which is especially convenient for solo diners who no longer have to order first and then search for a table. The prices are reasonable as well!

Called just for a coffee, trays were not clean, coffee prep area was not clean, some mugs needed deep stain cleaning not just putting through the dishwasher again. I expect Morrison’s management to jump on this immediately or the next visitors will be environmental health, not paying customers. Please note, felt so sorry for the obviously overworked and poorly managed staff who were trying to provide a service.
We stopped here for breakfast and were extremely pleasantly surprised by the quality of the freshly cooked veggie option. The coffee was excellent Despite being short staffed the staff were very friendly and helpful. Impressive. Thank you.
We took our young toddlers to the cafe yesterday and straight away us mums was nearly sick after leaving. Today all 3 toddlers have diarrhoea and sickness from there. It’s absolutely disgusting. Our babies are poorly now. NOT HAPPY
Fish and chips mushy peas good value clean tables good staff prompt service good choices on the menus specials on offer as well plenty of parking as well

the cake was hard no coffee available and the choice of what was available was limited the cup of tea my partner had was like dish water
Took our 3 toddlers to get some dinner, the next day they’ve had diarrhoea and throwing up! I am also ill too! NOT HAPPY!!!
